Error description

• Rowsplitter is designed to just pass through the data whatever
  it was able to split based on a delimiter without attempting any
  explicit character conversions. However it is attempting to
  convert data via a implicit internal call leading to possible
  data conversions

Problem summary

• Rowsplitter is designed to just pass through the data whatever
  it was able to split based on a delimiter without attempting any
  explicit character conversions.
  However it is attempting to convert data via a implicit internal
  call leading to possible data conversions.
  
  The implicit character conversions are seen only in NLS enabled
  installations only. Thus the stage behaves as it is documented
  in non-NLS installations only.
  

Problem conclusion

• After installation of the patch, Rowsplitter should correctly
  work as designed with for all NLS data.
