Error description

• DS Job Control failure;
  BipPessoa_Upsert_Customer_cs.1306768078195 (DSSocketNotify):
  OpenSocket returned 16?
  
  Assumption is that the timeout occurs because the system is
  heavily loaded.
  
  
  The timeout in DSSocketNotify(), which is failing, has a fixed
  value of 1000 milliseconds.
  
  The loss of the notification, caused by the timeout, has no
  other consequences besides the warning message in the log.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• WISD Jobs use DSSocketNotify to notify WISD Agent of changes in
  status. Under some circumstances the call to send the notify
  message via a TCP/IP socket can take longer to complete than the
  default timeout of 10 seconds.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified DSSocketNotify to allow the timeout to be configurable
  via an environment variable DSSocketNotifyTimeout whihc should
  be set to the timeout period in seconds.
