JR39472: Incorrect warning in Identify Flat File when adding a table to an empty QETXT.INI file

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When importing metadata and when clicking on "Identify Flat
  file" a warning message is thrown in the IA Console "The table
  name already exist, do you want to overwrite the entry"
  
  Steps To Reproduce:-
  From the IA console Navigate to Home -> Metadata management ->
  Import Metadata
  Select the datasource and click on "Identify Flat File"
  Click Add
  Click on "Display Flat Files" and select the flat file to import
  its metadata
  Click on "Finish and Close"
  
  warning message appears "The table name already exist, do you
  want to overwrite the entry".
  

Local fix

• There is no workaround for this however this will still import
  the metadata without issues. This is just a warning message that
  can be ignored
  

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the QETXT.INI file is empty, adding a new table through
  "Metadata Import > Identify Flat File" produces an incorrect
  warning that the file entry will be overwritten.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Information Analyzer 8.5 Fix Pack 2, or 8.7.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Client code was not checking the File Configured status returned
  by the services side.
