JR39350: ISTool export fails for the report definitions ending with a backslash

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Export using istool command line interface of report that
  is imported through Cognos bridge fails. This issue occurs
  because the namespace of the report definition imported by
  Cognos bridge ends with a backslash and the command line
  interface fails when the namespace ends with a backslash.
  
  
  This task is to backport the fix that is made in 91826 to 8.5 GA
  and 8.5 FP1 streams and add a Tech note for the modified format
  of the identity strings.

Problem summary

• This issue occurs because the namespace of the report definition
  imported by Cognos bridge ends with a backslash and the command
  line interface fails when the namespace ends with a backslash
  (\).
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue is resolved by adding an additional backslash while
  generating the identity string, so that the identity string can
  be parse properly.
