APAR status

Error description

  • A DataStage job with XML stage as the source stage and XML stage
having multiple output links, fails to run with the error:
XML_0: [Output link 0] Java class not found:
com.ibm.e2.connector.datastage.cc.CC_E2ConnectorLibrary
(::CC_JNIGetConnectorLibraryClass, file CC_JNICommon.cpp, line
573)

Local fix

  • A dummy input stage can be attached before the XML Stage eg: Row
generator stage.

Problem summary

  • JVM is started with wrong classpath and java.ext.dirs option.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed the class load error.
