APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Oracle connector job with normal lookup calling PL/SQL procedure
with OUT parameters fetched into Decimal types would fail
unexpectedly.

Local fix

  • Change the Decimal datatypes to Integer.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Normal lookup jobs using PLSQL with Decimal would fail
unexpectedly.

Install patch JR39308

Problem conclusion

  • Connector was fixed to handle PLSQL lookup with Decimal
correctly.
