  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In Information Analyzer Data Quality rule executable chart view,
  the chart looks flat at x-axis zero because we are displaying
  the % of records met / not met.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Information Analyzer 8.1.2 Fix Pack 5, or 8.5 Fix
  Pack 2, or 8.7.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• In addition to the identified problem engineering is resolved
  following issues:
  1. New charts for #Met and #NotMet has been implemented. With
  this once can see four different charts in this view #Met,
  #NotMet, %Met and %NotMet.
  2. Adjusted the chart scale (Y-axis) so that the data will
  dynamically fit into the chart. For example for a given data it
  shows Rows Met, range of 1million to 1.1M,  instead of the
  default 0 to 1.1M.
  3. The X-axis Date time scale is also corrected.
  

Temporary fix

• For this Customer (AIG),supplied a DLL that solves the
  issue.
  
  For 812 Customers: Apply 812RP5 or later.
  For 85 Customers: later releases of 85FP1.
