  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Information Analyzer Client environment is hanging when trying
  to copy/delete a data rule and needs to close IA to clear.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Information Analyzer 8.1.2 Fix Pack 5, or 8.5 Fix
  Pack 1, or 8.7.
