  • Is 8.1. Oracle EE read method. "ORA-03113: end-of-file on
communication channel" followed by unending stream of messages
"ORA-24338: statement handle not executed"

Problem summary


    

  • The Oracle Operator Read stage was not checking all possible
error conditions. The result was that in some rare cases, the
job will not abort even if a fetch error occurs.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The Oracle Operator stage was updated to include additional
error checking for fetch operations.
