Local fix
Problem summary
PX Bridge was calling a Parallel Engine API that does not support zero length data. It caused the "Internal Error: (len > 0)" error in Parallel Engine layer.
Problem conclusion
Fixed PX Bridge code so that it calls a Parallel Engine API that supports zero length data.
