Error description

• The Connector Migration Tool creates an unnecessary
  relationship between xmeta objects that can lead to to an out of
  memory error when the Component Installer (dscompinst) is
  invoked by the patch installer to install a Connector stage
  patch.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
   After migrating jobs, installing a connector patch resulted in
  an out of memory error.  The Connector Migration Tool sets a
  relationship between job objects and a stage type record.  The
  consequence is that the Component Installer (which is
   the component that updates connector stage types) brings job
  designs into memory when updating the stage type, resulting in
  a large memory consumption.

  Install patch JR38191

Problem conclusion

• The Connector Migration Tool has been modified to no longer set
  the relationship that causes the memory consumption issue.
  Patch JR38191 resolves this issue.
