JR38129: Resolution of a number of dscapi issues

Error description

• This APAR provides resolution to the following previously raised
  issues:
  
  JR37817
  1) Truncation of strings while performing Upper-Case operation
  affects BW Load jobs."
  2) IDOC job on Parallel cavas fails with: "Operator terminated
  abnormally: received signal SIGABRT "
  
  JR29538
  Problem with STP that has "forward row data" and bigint data
  type. Applying JR29538 and it resolved the problem in 8.0.1 but
  now need patch to resolve same problem in 8.1.0.1.
  
  JR37991
  BAPI Active Extract job imported from IS 8.1 onto IS 8.5 returns
  several WARNGs and the job hangs indefinitely

  Problem with STP stage.  Problem with STP that has "forward row
  data" and bigint data type.
  
  Applying JR29538 and it resolved the problem in 8.0.1 but now

  1) The API DSCToUpperCase() truncates strings.
  2) "double free or corruption (out)" with a stack trace pointing
  to liborpheus.so and libc.so
  
  JR29538  Need patch to resolve same problem in 8.1.0.1.
  
  JR37991  Memory leak issue in Active stages.
  

Problem conclusion

• JR38129 is a consolidated APAR for the
  fixes done for the APARs JR37817, JR29538, JR37991.
