Error description

• Viewing the Data Set values using the Data Set Management tool
  in Designer client will produce incorrect output if the
  APT_DUMP_SCORE environment variable is set to true on the
  project level.
  
  The correct output should show a series of rows with values in
  the data set.
  
  The incorrect outptut will show the Score output followed by the
  rows of data found in the data set.
  
  APT_DUMP_SCORE has to be un-set but it has not been, thus the
  incorrect output.
  

Local fix

• Un-set APT_DUMP_SCORE value.
