  Problem loading multi-byte characters into GRAPHIC/VARGRAPHIC

  Input multi-byte characters may be truncated after loaded into
  GRAPHIC/VARGRAPHIC columns.

Problem conclusion

• DB2 Connector calculates column position and input data buffer
  length based on DB2 column length. Since GRAPHIC/VARGRAPHIC is
  character count, not byte count, DB2 Connector sets column
  position and buffer length incorrecly, shorter than actual
  input data. DB2 will allocate enough buffer and column length so
  that data will not be truncated when it is generating input
  data.
