Error description

• Some DataStage client panels, such as the "External Paramter
  Helper" dialog, obtain a lock on the parameter set object when
  accessing it.  This lock persists until the end of client
  session, during which time other users will be unable to access
  the parameter set from those panels which observe the locked
  state (i.e. other users will be unable to see the parameters in
  their own parameter set helper dialog, but they will be able to
  view them using the option in the job properties dialog to view
  parameter set file.
