Error description

• Customer receives the following warning with DataStage job using
  DB2 API stage with column defined with DECIMAL(11):
  The size specified for column '5' (11) is less than that of the
  source table column (31);data truncation may result.
  

Local fix

• Define all cols with DECIMAL(31) but not an option for this
  customer.
