Error description

• Netezza Enterprise stage is dropping the target table in update
  mode if user enters the tablename with schema name prefix and
  when the drop temp table is set to yes (by default yes).

  All users of Netezza Enterprise stage using for Update jobs and
  schema(user)name is given part of the tablename
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When schema name (user name) is part of the table name, the
  netezza update job is deleting the target table, which is an
  error.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply this APAR.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• When table name contains the schema name (user name) in write
  mode (update mode), issuing a warning and trimming of the
  schemaname from the tablename.
