Error description

• Mismatch of the repository/folder view between Designer and
  Director occurs with a particular operations.
  1. make a new folder
  2. make a job in the folder and compile it.
  3. delete the job in the folder.
  4. rename the folder.

  but don't on renaming

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Renaming a folder when that folder used to have compiled jobs in
  it but don't have anymore results in the old folder name being
  left orphaned in the Director view
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch_JR37139_client_windows_8100-1.zip
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Client code changed to correct rename behaviour to remove
  Director folder in this scenario
