Error description

• SybaseEnterprise stage does NOT return data of double type
  correctly.
  0 is returned even if actual data is like 10, 20 ,40 ... .
  
  It happens on IS81+FP1.

Problem conclusion

• Sybase EE Read Method = ASE Read, did not get data type of
  double column correctly for Sybase IQ databases when schema
  qualifier was used with table. This was resulting in the data in
  the column getting corrupted.
  Modified code to handle schema qualifier with the table.
