Error description

• Balanced optimizer generated an incorrect MERGE statement for
  update-then-insert write mode when the manual update statement
  has an update field with a constant instead of a column name

  BalOp is generating  an incorrect MERGE statement for

  RECOMMENDATION:
  The fix is available in Rollup patch 10. The patch is available
  as:

Problem conclusion

• BalOp code needs to be updated to generate the correct SQL merge
  statement.
