Error description

• Error "Unknown error reading record schema" when using Dataset
  Management tool with user does not have write permission.
  

Local fix

• has to provide the write permission
  
  This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3
  

Problem summary

• Mechanism for DataSet management requires write access to a
  temporary location in order to write script files.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the preferred project based location is not writeable then
  use either the location defined by APT_VIEWDATA_TEMP_DIR or if
  not specified then the temporary directory defined by the UVTEMP
  setting in the uvconfig file.
