Error description

• In zLinux environment, a Surrogate Key defined by a DB
  Sequence, and stored in DB2 for z/OS, could not be increased:
  "DB2Driver Embedded SQL message: SQL0142N  The SQL statement is
  not supported.  SQLSTATE=42612
  ...
   Message: APT_CombinedOperatorController,1: Failed preparing
  query `values nextval for <sequence_name> "

Problem conclusion

• The issue is fixed by patch_JR36455. Modified code to support
  surrogate key for z/os
