Error description

  • There is a bug in the UNCERT algorithm that causes it to
    generate different scores for a record pair dependent on which
    order the records were encountered, for example: ABCDEFG as
    A-record and ABCDEFH as B-record can get a different score then
    ABCDEFH as A-record and ABCDEFG as B-record.
