APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• External Source fails if the command includes a colon ":"
  
  This results in the error message:
  External_Source_17: Error occurred during initializeFromArgs()
  
  We are treating ':' as the path separator in this specification
  of progname.
  ex : hostname:progname if the program resides at other location.
  

Local fix

• Only workaround is to not use ":" directly in command.

  command itself.
