JR35930: Unduplicate Match improperly scores record blocks when some records in the block are duplicates

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In some cases, if within a match pass there
  are some records within a block being compared whose fields
  being compared in that pass are considered exact duplicates of
  each other, other records following the exact duplicates within
  that block may be incorrectly given the relative scores of the
  exact duplicates within the block rather than being scored
  on their own merits.  For example, if records A and B are
  considered to be exact duplicates, records C and D following B
  in the block will be incorrectly assigned record B's scores
  against other records in the block.
