  • When standardizing a string which has marks continued, mark
    remains in the result of the standardization.
    
    Example:
    If standardizing input data "(03)-1234-1234" with JP1PHN,
    
    column name    TOKEN (<-- acutally this is Japanese
    double byte KANA character )
    PhoneNumber    03)12341234
    UnhandledData  3)-1234-1234
    
    but the expected result is:
    
    column name    TOKEN
    PhoneNumber    312341234
    UnhandledData  312341234
