APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you exclude a value for comparison in the Change Capture
  stage it throws a warning in the log.
  
  
  
  When using normal features of a stage it should not throw
  warnings.
  
  
  We can suppress the warning with a rule, but do not like to
  produce rules because they can causes us to miss other problems.

Problem conclusion

• Added environment variable APT_DISABLE_TFXR0017 to disable the
  warning message if needed.
