Error description

• Customer receives warning: MQRead,0: Resource bundle
  corresponding to message key {0} not found! Problem with
  handling logged messages by a custom MQ stage.

  MQ Read users on v8 using "Global Identifier" property
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Customers using MQRead EE stage with "Global Identifier" set
  in the stage editor see the following warnings in the job log:
  
    MQRead,0: Resource bundle
    corresponding to message key {0} not found!

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply the patch.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• There was a logging message function change in the beginning of
  8.0 and MQRead code didn't comply to the change.
  So when users set "Global Identifier" to call external module
  and it logged some message, MQRead failed to handle it
  correctly.
  
  A patch has been created to fix this and the logged messages are
  displayed without the resource bundle warning.
