Error description

• Customer is getting error when calling stored procedure from
  
  Pre-insert Command in Sybase IQ BulkLoad Stage.
  
  "Error: cs_ctx_drop: cslib user api layer: external error: The
  context
  structure cannot be dropped because the application has not
  exited from
  ct."

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All platforms, jobs using stored procedure in IQBulk12
  pre-insert command
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Can not call a stored procedure in pre-insert command from the
  sybase bulk stage in a parallel job.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch for JR35375
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Store procedure in pre-insert command gives an error because its
  not properly cancelled on completion.
  Cancel the before command correctly for stored procedure else
  subsequent commands give an error.
