Error description

• When the Standardize stage was changed in 8.1 to use properties
  instead
  of control files, the -preLiteral property was defined as not
  repeating
  ie only one  preLiteral per field property.  The 2nd preLiteral
  property
  above, which comes from the special NAMES processing directive,
  cause
  the error as reported.
