Error description

• [Problem]
  When clicking "View Data" on Properties tab of Oracle Connector,
  it looks like "freeze".
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  For all customers using the view data option for any of the
  connectors in non-english Information Server install.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the user clicks 'View Data' hyperlink from with in the
  connector stage editor, it appears like the Designer is hanged.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch patch_JR34938_client_windows_8100-1.zip on top of
  either CC Rollup Patch 2 or 8.1 FP1
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is when View Data is clicked one resource button is
  missing (meaning the resource button is in english binaries but
  not in other language binaries) and hence , in looking for the
  missing resource the designer hangs.
