result an extra empty attachment.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Notification Activity send 2 attachments, when only one file is
attached to the Activity. The "2nd" attachement is named
ATT.TXT and is empty. The problem was reported in release 7.5.

RECOMMENDATION:
Apply patch JR34914

Problem conclusion
Resolution was to Change the last encapsulation boundary to a
closing one.
