The presence of copyright character in the ORAOCI stage code is causing an issue in UTF8. This is adding an unwanted warning issue on IBM copyright information.
Local fix
Dismiss the warning using the Message Handler utility.

Problem conclusion
The copyright symbol was removed from the ENGLISH messages. Other locales will be corrected in a future release.
