JR34852: DSXIMPORTSERVICE.SH SCRIPT INSERTING UNIX TERMINATORS

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • There is an import with the DSXImportService.sh script.
Imported .CLS or .PAT members are added to the repository
    with Unix terminators.
These members cannot be maintained with Designer and in some
cases, the Unix terminators cause the RuleSet to fail.
The script should import all RuleSet files into the repository
    with Windows terminators.

Local fix

  • Although ISTools can be used in it's place, customer cannot us
ISTools because they manually modify the DSX so DSX is not in
same form as is produced by ISTools.
