APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When table with Foreign Key is dragged onto canvas of SQL
  Builder, the canvas will require a refresh is before the table
  appears correctly.
  
  This occurs because an exception is thrown when the table at the
  other end of the Foreign Key is missing.
  

Local fix

• Refresh the canvas.
  

Problem summary

  foreign key relationships did not show up until the screen is
  manually refreshed.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch JR31616

Problem conclusion

• The fix was identical to that of JR31616.
