JR34697: CAN NOT CREATE DATA RULE REPORTS FOR IA WITH ORACLE IADB.

Error description

• Can not create data rule reports in Information Analyzer using
  an Oracle IADB.
  
  When we create Data rule report, we get following error (also
  see attached document):

  For an Oracle IADB, exception details are not shown when fields
  from 'Data Sources' tab or 'Statistics and Attributes' are
  included in Data rule report output.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Information Analyzer 8.1.1 Fix Pack 2 or 8.1.2 Fix
  Pack 2.
