  • After installing fix pack 2 for 801 on HP Itanium DSEngine
starts with Error
/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol
'_ZN17APT_UtilizationHPC1Ev' in load module
'/u1/IBM/InformationServer/Server/PXEngine/lib/liborchresourcehp
ia64.so'.     resource_tracker has been started.

  • This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3

RECOMMENDATION:
Apply the PXEngine 801fp2 patch for JR34564 on HP itanium for
this issue.

Problem conclusion

  • The latest 801 fix for resource tracker for CQ 162235 fixes this
issue and a rebuilt 801fp2 hpia library
has this resolved:
