Error description
The default SDKSequences file creation is Type 2. If this file grows very big and it becomes poorly sized, it will cause big performance issue for the job. Please change the SDKSequences file creation to Type 30 instead of Type 2.
Local fix
Resize the SDKSequences file to Dynamic file.
Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Changed the SDKSequences file to be DYNAMIC. *** NOTE: this patch changes the installed binary code of 2 DataStage routines, it cannot change the source for those routines.
