JR34385: OCONV FUNCTION RETURNS DIFFERENT VALUES WHEN RUN FROM SEQUENER/JOB AND TESTING ROUTINE.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the function Ans=Oconv(date(), 'DYMD[4,2,2]') in a
  server routine and test it at the routine level it returns
  2009/09/08 in DS 8.1 but the same test in DS 7.5.2 returns 2009
  09 08. After setting NSLDEFSRVLS to OFF in uvconfig, and testing
  the routine by itself in IS 8.1 it still returns 2009/09/08.
  However when using the routine in a sequencer/job it returns
  2009 09 08. Customer wants it to return 2009 09 08 even at
  routine level in IS 8.1
