Error description

• Problem has been identifed ith Datastage Balanced Optimization
  where an incorrect SQL is generated when optimising jobs that
  contain lookup stages.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Customer using v8.1 of product and a job where a lookup stage
  is input to another lookup stage.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An optimized job  is compiled but it fails to run.
       Filter constraints in
  lookup stages are mistakenly used in whereclauses for prior
  transformer stages in the optimzied job.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  This fix is included in IS 81 FP1.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Prolog code is updated to generate correct SQL for the
  optimizedjob.
