  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  JOB FAILED WITH "ERROR LOADING ORCHODBC" AFTER UPGRADING ODBC
  DRIVER TO V5.3
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  The customer has been recomended to follow the following steps
  for proper functioning (depending on the customer machine
  scenario)
  
  1. There is no need to copy the two libraries from
  branded_odbc/lib to $DSHOME/lib. This is NOT recomended. So
  there is no patch for this.
  
  2. The appropriate branded_odbc/lib path where the new DD 5.3 is
  installed should be in the starting of the list of paths in
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH env var.
       You need to rename the old DD branded_odbc to another
  directory.
  
  3. Also you need to correct the new branded_odbc/lib path in the
  dsenv file.
  
     When you say that , you are able to run things successfully
  before dsenv is run and with symbol resolution errors after
  dsenv, then it concludes that the env vars being set in dsenv
  are pointing to something old. So please set them consistently.
  
  4. Change the DSN entries pointing to new library in the new
  upgraded DD's branded_odbc/lib
  
  This is going to solve the problem. There is no need to copy the
  libraries in to $DSHOME/lib
