Error description
To expedite detection of client sessions going away rather than waiting for the pre-defined session timeout period, a new ISF session monitor will be created. This session monitor will watch a pre-defined set of client-types and take client sessions down once they have missed a configurable number of hear-beats. This should facilitate early detection of client / server session issues by taking the sessions down whey they are no longer active which frees up system resources appropriately.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: User expects to detect the idle clients and remove the sessions associated to the idle client earlier than waiting for a pre-defined session timeout period **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some client applications such as DS admin, director, designer, multi-job compiler, dscdmexport and IS console exit without logging off the session which leaves things in a locked state. It may be desirable to clear this locked state without having to wait for the normal pre-defined session timeout which is typically configured to 30 minutes **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: This fix is included in IS 81 FP1. A new session monitor is available to expedite detection of client sessions going away rather than waiting for the pre-defined session timeout period. This session monitor will watch a pre-defined set of client-types and take client sessions down once they have missed a pre-defined number of heart-beats. ****************************************************************
