Error description

• Netezza stage with nzload terminates abnormally when TMPDIR
  environment variable is set in a job.
  
  Error: unable to open '/F=/??rr??
  

Local fix

• not use TMPDIR

Problem summary

  All users of Netezza Enterprise Stage on Windows platform
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When APT_TMPDIR or TMPDIR is set to a path like C:\temp, (on
  windows) the job gets aborted with "Error opening file error
  message"
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply this APAR.
  The fix has been included in the IS 8.1 FP1. Apply the FixPack1
  for IS 8.1.

Problem conclusion

• The path that is returned to the program is in the form of
  "/C:/temp" from the API. This was corrected so that the
   correct path name is passed to the Operator.
