Error description

• [Problem]
  In a simple job, Netezza EE ---> Seq. File,
  when trying to read the data which has Japanese characters,
  a warning message is logged in the job log and we cannot get the
  data.
  
  warning message in the job log:
  
   Netezza_Enterprise_1,0: Field "C2" failed to import, no default
  value

  Netezza has the following columns:
