Error description

• Information Server Manager 8.1:  istool taking a long time to
  export a large job when -incexec is specified.
  
  When exporting a large job using istool with the -incexec option
  it is taking a long time, but without the runtime data it
  completes OK.
  
  In one example it took 1.5 hours to export the runtime data of a
  job.

  slow and sometimes results in the application hanging.

  Install patch JR33308
  This fix is included in 8.1 FP1.

Problem conclusion

• Modified the DataStage Export service to build the exportable
  text in a more efficient manner.
