JR33293: Oracle Connector Stage Editor changes for missing functionalities.

Error description

• The following  are the missing functionalities
  1)Test and View Data links break when connector has Private
  properties in ModelMappings section of connector descriptor.
  2)SQL Builder reports validation errors for valid queries.
  3)When selecting Oracle connector in the DTS GUI, the variant
  should default to 10.
  4)Initial selection of reject-specific columns is not reflected
  on the reject link.
  5)Protectedstring property cannot accept job parameters.
  6)Cannot switch between Variant 10 to Variant 11 on the stage
  editor.
