Error description

• When oracle EE stage is used with load option, as the column
  count increases the performance of the load stage decreases
  

Local fix

• This fix is included in 8.0.1 fix pack 3

Problem conclusion

• cause:
  Usage of loader type varchar is causing this.
  
  Conclusion:
  Avoid loading loader type varchar.
  Note: Loader type varchar is not to be confused with SQL data
  type varchar.
  
  This loader type will now be used only if input field is wider
  than the receiving column.
  Otherwise, normal loader type CHAR will be used.
