JR31897: ULIMIT SETTINGS FOR NOFILE - NEED TO BE IN WAS STARTUP SCRIPT FOR LINUX PLATFORMS

Error description

• Ulimit settings for nofile - need to be in WAS startup script
  for Linux platforms.  Ulimit settings not being picked up from
  profile or limits.conf on Linux OS.  Causes instability in WAS.
  

Local fix

• Setting ulimit -n manually before WAS startup

  Opening online documentation hang WAS on Linux.
  
  This is due to low "ulimit -n" for number of maximum numbers
  of file descriptors.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Workaround: Create a file MetadataServer_env.sh in
  <IS_HOME>/ASBServer/bin with content:
  
  ulimit -n 10240
