• characters 0xd85 gets transformed by td connector as they are
  not in the standard LATIN map

Problem conclusion

• Teradata supports the LATIN charset, called Teradata LATIN,
  which is a Teradata specific extension. These characters need to
  read as is, without any conversion with ISO-8859-1 NLSMap. The
  fix is implemented & patch provided.
