Error description

• Would like the FTP EE stage to be modified so that the Command
  Fifo time can be configured by the use of an environment
  variable. Currently this has been fixed to 500 seconds
  and cannot be modified.

Problem conclusion

• Implemented an environment variable 'PFTP_COMMFIFO_WAITTIME' to
  set the Read Command Fifo Time.
    If this environment variable is set , it will use this value
  as the read command fifo wait time.
    Else, it the read command fifo wait time will be default
  which is 500 seconds.
